Being aware of what surrounds us, we participate, whether we are talking about people or animate and inanimate beings.

So much so that in situations of physical or mental demands, fatigue, fears, stress … Being aware of our weaknesses strengthens our strengths by achieving a balance, making everything a detail, and that detail is everything; the balance between mind, body and spirit.
